Senior Full-Stack Developer, Unity Ads Dashboards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create sophisticated dashboard experiences that transform multi-dimensional data into clear, reliable, and actionable user workflows.

• Take full ownership of features from inception to production, encompassing frontend development and backend integrations.

• Design and develop backend services and APIs to facilitate intricate dashboard workflows and data integrations.

• Collaborate across various systems, including integrating with legacy services while ensuring data consistency throughout downstream systems.

• Work closely with Product and engineering teams to convert customer requirements into intuitive dashboard experiences, fostering alignment through design and code reviews.

• Develop and refine shared UI patterns and frontend architecture, ensuring a balance between usability, performance, and maintainability.

• Detect UX, performance, and reliability challenges through hands-on analysis, metrics, and user feedback, driving improvements to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building and delivering modern, user-facing web applications within production environments.

• Capability to take complete ownership of features, from initial requirements to production and subsequent iterations.

• Experience in both frontend and backend development, including familiarity with existing and legacy systems.

• Strong background in backend development (e.g., Node.js or similar), including API design and data modeling.

• High proficiency in TypeScript and React, demonstrating sound judgment in component design, state management, and performance.

• Proven history of delivering large-scale, data-intensive dashboards or complex frontend products.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams or dashboard surfaces, influencing quality and consistency beyond a single feature area.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of working closely with Product, Design, and engineering teams to shape scope, prioritize tasks, and align stakeholders.

• Strong engineering discipline, including testing, code reviews, accessibility, and maintainable frontend architecture.
