Senior Full-stack Developer, Ruby on Rails, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Become a part of Accellor’s Product team to enhance its platform and provide innovative features to customers.

• Design, develop, and innovate Accellor’s groundbreaking software product.

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and quality engineers.

• Develop and expand product capabilities for a global clientele.

• Work remotely from 4:30pm to 1:30am IST to support a US-based customer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in building web applications using Rails, Entity, Spring, or a comparable MVC framework.

• More than 7 years of experience working with SQL databases, preferably ANSI-Compliant relational databases like Postgres & RDS7.

• At least 7 years of experience with JavaScript & TypeScript for developing Single-Page Applications using modern web technologies and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, etc.

• 5+ years in utilizing HTML, CSS, and styling various types of web applications.

• A minimum of 3 years converting wireframes or mockups into clean and semantic HTML and CSS, focusing on responsive design and performance.

• Proficient in using Git for source control with GitHub.

• Familiarity with Chart.js, Highcharts, D3, or other well-known charting libraries.

• A performance-oriented mindset including client-side and server-side performance optimization techniques.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and an openness to adapting to changing requirements.

• Background in handling large datasets and constructing scalable frontend architectures considering HTTP requests, SQL queries, and memory management.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to fostering team success and achieving organizational objectives.
