Senior Full-Stack Developer – React, Node.js, AI-First

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of features from start to finish across both React front-end and Node.js back-end.

• Develop and deploy full-stack features, which include React user interfaces, Node.js services, and APIs.

• Create front-end screens utilizing AI coding agents based on designs, specifications, or screenshots.

• Generate components, forms, tables, state logic, and tests using AI, followed by reviewing, refining, and integrating the results.

• Establish and manage the AI workflow for front-end development, incorporating project rules, context files, component conventions, design-system references, and prompt patterns.

• Containerize services with Docker and manage their deployment and operation on Kubernetes and AWS.

• Oversee CI/CD, monitoring, and logging for the systems you manage.

• Review code written by both humans and AI.

• Collaborate directly with the product and management teams.

• Deploy, launch, and provide support for developed features.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in professional software development.

• At least 3 years of experience consistently delivering React front-end and Node.js back-end features in a production environment.

• Proficient in React, including knowledge of hooks, state management, performance optimization, and TypeScript.

• Strong skills in Node.js, encompassing API design, asynchronous patterns, authentication, and testing.

• Practical, hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.

• Regular use of AI coding agents such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar tools for comprehensive React UI development.

• Capability to showcase actual screens or features predominantly built using AI, along with an explanation of retained and rewritten elements.

• Ability to supply AI agents with necessary context, which includes design files, component libraries, existing patterns, and API contracts.

• Understanding of AI failure modes in front-end development, such as state bugs, accessibility issues, performance problems, and inconsistent styling, as well as methods to identify them.

• Experience using AI throughout the stack for back-end coding, testing, refactoring, debugging, and code reviews; able to explain the workflows of prompts, context, and agents, and how output is validated.

• Proficiency with Git, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.

• Ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively, and manage features from conception to production.

• Experience with React Native and shipping mobile applications to the App Store or Google Play is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with AI design-to-code tools like Figma-to-code, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or similar tools within a real delivery workflow is a considerable plus.
