Senior Full Stack Developer – React, FastAPI, Django

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and deliver intricate features across the complete application stack.

• Spearhead frontend development projects while consistently enhancing user experience, usability, and visual appeal.

• Design and create scalable, maintainable, and production-ready applications using React.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to establish technical solutions and architecture.

• Expand and maintain backend services based on Python utilizing FastAPI and Django.

• Evaluate user flows, edge cases, and failure scenarios prior to implementation.

• Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and enhancements to code quality.

• Integrate AI-assisted development tools as an essential part of the engineering process.

• Assume full responsibility for features throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex software projects within a professional setting.

• Extensive knowledge of React and contemporary frontend development methodologies.

• Experience in creating accessible, responsive, and high-quality user interfaces.

• Strong full-stack development experience, particularly with Python-based backends.

• Practical experience with FastAPI and/or Django.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, system design, and engineering best practices.

• Experience in startup or dynamic product environments.

• Capability to work independently and take charge of technical decisions.

• Practical knowledge of AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar.

• Proficient communication skills in English.

• Will Be a Plus: Experience in developing AI-native products or agentic AI systems. Familiarity with LLM-based applications and AI workflows. Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS. Background in B2B SaaS or fintech products. Understanding of German accounting systems and standards. Proficiency in the German language.
