Senior Full-Stack Developer – .NET, React, Technical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain dependable software in accordance with technical specifications

• Assess requirements, independently estimate, and establish the acceptance criteria for tasks

• Review and synchronize task deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager

• Implement optimal software development methodologies and coding standards to deliver high-quality and efficient solutions

• Keep abreast of contemporary technology and consider pursuing professional certifications

• Engage as either a trainer or a participant in various educational programs beyond the primary project

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of backend/API development experience, including at least 4 years with modern .NET (.NET 7/8/9, experience with .NET 10 is advantageous)

• More than 3 years of experience with React

• Strong foundation in C#: async/await, LINQ, dependency injection, middleware, and SOLID/clean architecture principles

• Demonstrated experience in building production REST APIs: versioning, authentication/authorization, error handling, pagination/filtering, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation

• Familiarity with Azure native microservices architecture and Azure services (AI search, key vault, AKS, storage queue, Azure Functions, event hub, APIm)

• Knowledge of security protocols: OAuth 2.0 (OKTA)

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker

• Practical experience in constructing RESTful APIs based on API management

• Solid understanding of CI/CD utilizing DevOps services and Terraform

• Practical experience in Unit Testing using XUnit / NUnit

• Basic knowledge of Minimal API standards

• Experience with ORMs: EF6

• Adherence to DDD (Data Driven Design)

• Comprehension of the canonical APIs approach

• Experience with databases (CosmosDB, MS SQL, etc.)

• Understanding of APMs

• Experience in regulated or high-scale environments with reliability/SLA ownership

• Previous technical leadership experience (driving standards, architectural decisions, onboarding junior developers)

• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
