Senior Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development and upkeep of the ITAM module, emphasizing Software Asset Management (SAM)

• Register and oversee software contracts and licenses

• Manage the interconnections between contracts, licenses, and CMDB items

• Normalize and structure software data effectively

• Identify opportunities to enhance compliance and optimize licenses

• Associate licenses, contracts, and usage rights with CMDB items

• Generate dashboards and reports focusing on usage, compliance, and cost savings

• Develop and introduce enhancements and automation on the ServiceNow platform

• Proficiency in ServiceNow

• Familiarity with the ITAM module, particularly in SAM

• Experience in development and customization within the platform

• Understanding of CMDB and asset management

• Expertise in automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting

• Analytical mindset with the capability to identify and resolve issues
