Senior Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• You will take charge of a new initiative: transforming our digital marketing services into a product.

• Your role involves mapping their functionality, identifying opportunities for systematization, and developing the agents, pipelines, and integrations that will automate repetitive tasks.

• The first module is already defined: CoSeller WebOps, our Website-as-a-Service delivery platform.

• Your responsibilities include developing CoSeller WebOps: the site factory, the fleet dashboard, the agent-driven change loop, and the SEO/GEO agent engine.

• You will design and create AI agents that automate genuine marketing workflows in production rather than just prototypes.

• You will integrate with advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta), marketing/SEO APIs (Google Search Console, GA4, crawling and scraping), and CMS APIs (WordPress, HubSpot CMS, Webflow).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in development, demonstrating senior-level responsibility.

• Proven experience in deploying production code utilized by actual customers within a SaaS or corporate software context.

• Practical experience in building AI agents or agentic systems that operate in a production environment.

• Familiarity with marketing, advertising, or SEO tools and APIs — such as ad platform APIs, Search Console, GA4, or marketing automation systems.

• Proficient daily use of AI-enhanced development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).

• Strong backend development skills: Node.js, TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs.

• Experience in delivering production websites and web applications — React along with a modern framework like Next.js or Astro, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and Git-based workflows with CI/CD.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written — you will engage directly with our international team.

• Availability for at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with Central European Time — you will work closely with our team in Sweden.
