Senior Full-stack Developer, AI Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive web applications utilizing the .NET Framework and .NET Core for backend development, alongside contemporary front-end frameworks such as Vue.js, React, and Angular.

• Architect and execute scalable, high-performance systems leveraging cloud-native technologies on either Azure or AWS.

• Construct and sustain relational databases, emphasizing MS SQL, performance optimization, and data integrity.

• Direct development initiatives employing Agile methodologies and Lean software development practices.

• Implement SOLID principles and design patterns to produce maintainable, high-quality code.

• Develop unit and integration tests to guarantee code stability and reliability.

• Engage in a multicultural and diverse team setting.

• Foster continuous improvement through mentoring and knowledge exchange.

• Utilize AI coding assistants to expedite development and deploy AI functionalities into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Proficient in .NET/C#.

• Experience with ReactJS, Angular, or VueJS.

• Familiar with cloud-native technologies in Azure or AWS.

• Experience in relational database design, with a preference for MS SQL.

• Background knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in establishing CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and Octopus is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.

• Experience in deploying AI features into production.

• Proven experience with integrating Azure OpenAI or the OpenAI API.

• Hands-on experience with at least one vector database: Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Qdrant, or PGVector.

• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns.

• Familiarity with AI frameworks like Semantic Kernel or similar.
