Senior Frontend UX Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of user-facing features, from initial concept to final release.

• Convert design concepts into smooth, efficient, and accessible user experiences.

• Collaborate closely with product management, design teams, and backend developers to ensure that interactions are both aesthetically pleasing and technically robust.

• Maintain a keen attention to detail and quality, striving to elevate standards and minimize rework by executing tasks correctly on the first attempt.

• Contribute to the development of best practices for frontend development within a dynamic and ambitious team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in React, with a preference for experience in Next.js or comparable server-side rendering frameworks.

• Solid background in real-time application development, including WebSockets and collaborative patterns such as CRDTs/OT.

• Extensive experience in CSS architecture, animation libraries, and crafting pixel-perfect user interfaces.

• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques, including lazy-loading, memoization, and bundle optimization.

• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and principles of responsive design.

• A genuine passion for designing user experiences, rather than merely interfaces.

• Ability to distill complex workflows into streamlined, intuitive interactions.

• Meticulous attention to micro-interactions, animation, and overall polish.

• An eye for aesthetic elements such as color, typography, and spacing that fosters user trust and satisfaction.

• Experience with collaborative or interactive applications, such as Figma, Notion, Miro, or Google Docs-like systems.

• Proactive mindset with a "product-first" approach.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.
