Senior Frontend Engineer – Staff/Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Lead the adoption of innovative technologies aimed at addressing challenges and enhancing current systems, while promoting the standardization of best practices and methodologies.

• Optimize the technical stack with an emphasis on performance, security, stability, and scalability.

• Develop client-side code to produce ultra-fast, user-friendly, web-based applications, which encompass websites for both desktop and mobile browsers, as well as hybrid in-app pages.

• Engage in design discussions and contribute to roadmap planning.

• Evaluate and assist with frontend technical designs across various teams to maximize efficiency and scalability.

• Create libraries and frameworks that facilitate complex web applications, enhance development efficiency, and elevate code quality.

• Mentor and support the professional growth of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

• At least 10 years of experience in frontend development, including over 1 year in a technical leadership position.

• Proficient in hands-on development with TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with web services, microservices, APIs, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects with high-quality user interfaces.

• Knowledge of state-management patterns like Redux, Flux, or similar methodologies.

• Capable of providing technical guidance and conducting timely peer code reviews to ensure adherence to code standards, completeness, cleanliness, and quality.
