Senior Frontend Engineer – Product R&D, Innovation & Ownership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Advocate for clean, efficient coding practices by providing insightful PR feedback and upholding high standards within the team.

• Employ creative problem-solving skills to address real-world challenges faced by customers globally.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to effectively translate customer requirements into meaningful, user-friendly UI/UX.

• Take ownership of our systems and contribute innovative ideas towards product design and architecture.

• Identify inefficiencies, eliminate bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operations across all processes.

• Mentor and motivate the team by sharing your knowledge and assisting others in enhancing their skills.

• Participate in a diverse team alongside Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, and other Software Testers.

• Assess new tools, frameworks, and industry trends to maintain our position at the cutting edge of innovation and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with a focus on front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).

• Solid understanding of creating user-friendly UI/UX.

• Knowledge of contemporary CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Material Design, Tailwind).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
