Senior Frontend Engineer – Product-minded

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• You will create the frontend experiences that drive Atria’s essential product workflows, transforming intricate advertising logic, AI functionalities, and product objectives into user-friendly, intuitive, and scalable experiences.

• Develop and take ownership of high-quality frontend solutions for Atria’s primary product workflows.

• Convert ambiguous product objectives, complex business logic, and AI capabilities into clear interaction models and actionable implementation plans.

• Manage the entire delivery process from requirement clarification and solution design to implementation, launch, and iteration.

• Utilize AI-driven development workflows to speed up iterations and discover more efficient methods for product development.

• Operate with a strong sense of ownership within a small team, tackling complex and ambiguous challenges independently.

• Proficient frontend engineering skills with the capability to independently deliver intricate product features.

• Strong aptitude for deciphering complex business logic and translating it into intuitive product and UX solutions.

• Excellent product insight: not merely executing tasks, but recognizing issues, addressing gaps, and contributing to decision-making.

• A refined sense of interaction and product experience; capable of designing thoughtful and usable interfaces even in the absence of fully detailed designs.

• Strong communication abilities, with the skill to convey both technical and product reasoning clearly.

• Proficient in English for technical collaboration and documentation purposes.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with SaaS, AI products, data-intensive products, adtech/martech, or intricate internal tools.

• Experience in building core workflows or product modules from inception to execution.

• Familiarity with advertising, landing pages, creative testing, marketing workflows, or similar business domains.

• Background as a design engineer, independent developer, or hybrid full-stack/product builder.
