Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Frontend Consultant at our company, you will contribute to the development of e-commerce solutions for clients facing daily challenges related to scalability, resilience, and performance.

• You will collaborate in an agile manner within cross-functional global teams to create outstanding user experiences.

• Your responsibilities will include devising innovative methods for presenting rich datasets to users in a straightforward and intuitive manner.

• You will be required to develop features, participate in the estimation process, carry out code reviews, and support less experienced developers.

• As a Consultant, you are expected to cultivate expertise in both technology and the ability to explain complex concepts and reasoning to non-technical individuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in HTML5/CSS3, including preprocessors like LESS/SASS, and methodologies such as BEM.

• Over 7 years of experience with React.js.

• Extensive experience with Next.js.

• Skilled in JavaScript (ES5+) and TypeScript.

• Practical experience in consuming REST APIs.

• Knowledgeable in Git and version control systems.

• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

• Familiarity with SEO standards and their relevance to front-end development.

• Experience with unit testing and associated testing frameworks.

• Acquainted with Commercetools or similar headless commerce platforms.

• Demonstrated ability to work successfully in Agile and Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills, accompanied by a strong sense of accountability.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
