Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver high-quality product features utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Create user interfaces that simplify and streamline complex workflows and data.

• Contribute to the definition and evolution of our shared component library and frontend architecture.

• Establish and advocate for best practices in frontend engineering.

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to achieve project goals.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow frontend engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions.

• Enhance performance, usability, and accessibility throughout the product.

• Assist in adopting and refining AI-assisted development workflows to boost engineering productivity.

• Extensive experience in building production-grade React applications with TypeScript.

• Proven ability to design maintainable frontend architecture within expanding codebases.

• Experience in creating or managing shared UI component libraries or design systems.

• A history of elevating frontend quality through code reviews, mentorship, and technical leadership.

• Strong product instincts coupled with empathy for end users.

• Capability to take ownership of significant product areas and drive their progress.

• Comfort in collaborating with engineering, product, and design teams.
