Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Create engaging digital experiences: Design, develop, and maintain front-end features utilizing React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Collaborate & communicate: Partner closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers within an asynchronous workflow.

• Lead and take ownership: As a senior team member, you will oversee projects from conception to completion.

• Optimize, iterate & enhance: Participate in brainstorming sessions and technical discussions. Ensure our applications are fast, accessible, and dependable.

• Mentor and learn: Support and guide junior developers by sharing your knowledge and providing constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional experience in front-end development for digital applications.

• Proficiency in modern JavaScript libraries and tools (e.g., React, npm, webpack...).

• Strong command of CSS and a solid understanding of front-end technologies.

• Demonstrated ability to craft, refine, and delight with attention to detail.

• Familiarity with design principles and a keen eye for details such as accessibility and responsive layouts is essential.

• Commitment to quality and reliability.

• Self-motivated and accountable: Comfortable managing your own projects and time with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication skills and empathy are essential.

• Remote work proficiency: Self-driven and disciplined in a remote setting.
