Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In the role of Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that are cloud-ready, utilizing React, TypeScript, and a micro-frontend architecture.

• You will take charge of modern frontends and system integrations, focusing on code quality, CI/CD automation, and creating maintainable architecture.

• Collaboration with the Product Manager, UX/UI designer, and QA will be key as you work within a cross-functional team to clarify requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver value through effective agile development.

• Additionally, you will mentor other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing, while also contributing to cross-team technical initiatives that help develop scalable and resilient systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience as a Frontend or Full-Stack Engineer.

• Demonstrated experience emphasizing quality, clean code, and effective team collaboration.

• Proven ability to partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA, and business stakeholders on various technical initiatives.

• Proficiency in current technologies such as React and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Strong frontend capabilities including HTML, CSS, responsive design, and modern UI frameworks.

• Extensive experience with scalable micro-frontend architectures and cloud-ready applications.

• In-depth knowledge of clean code principles, design patterns, and effective unit and integration testing.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, along with Jenkins/SonarQube).

• Comfortable working in agile settings (e.g., Scrum) with a focus on collaboration, transparency, and timely delivery.
