Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Develop and deploy intricate, user-oriented features for both web and mobile platforms (using Angular + Ionic).

• Take complete ownership of features: analyze the problem, design the strategy, deliver quickly, and refine based on actual usage.

• Influence the technical direction by promoting improved patterns, tools, and overall developer experience.

• Collaborate with product and design teams to create solutions rather than merely execute specifications.

• Produce clean, efficient code swiftly — balancing quality and speed effectively.

• Elevate the team’s standards through code reviews, providing technical insights, and exemplifying best practices.

• Over 5 years of experience delivering complex user-facing products in production, ideally across both web and mobile.

• Strong instincts regarding product usability — willing to challenge ideas that don’t align with user needs.

• Solid understanding of TypeScript fundamentals, including component architecture, state management, and performance optimization.

• Capability to work independently: you take charge of challenges and propel them forward.

• Practical judgment in balancing architecture with the necessity of shipping and learning.

• Effective communicator, able to explain trade-offs and advocate for your chosen methodologies.
