Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and lead frontend solutions for designated platforms and projects, emphasizing Vue.js applications.

• Design, develop, and sustain scalable and maintainable frontend architectures utilizing modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Convert UX concepts, wireframes, and user flows into production-ready UI implementations.

• Engage in hands-on development work to support project and portfolio requirements.

• Ensure that proper unit testing and quality practices are consistently upheld.

• Responsibly utilize AI tools to enhance development efficiency, code quality, testing, and documentation.

• Share AI-enabled workflows, best practices, and efficiencies with the wider team.

• Collaborate with the Delivery Manager, Product, UX, and Software Architects to estimate tasks and plan milestones.

• Aid in troubleshooting production issues and participate in escalations when necessary.

• Document frontend designs, patterns, and technical decisions.

• Mentor and guide less experienced frontend engineers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful applicants exhibit strong cross-functional curiosity and a practical approach to troubleshooting across different system layers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 5–8+ years of progressive experience in frontend or software development.

• Strong proficiency with Vue.js and contemporary JavaScript frameworks.

• Experience utilizing TypeScript in production settings.

• Proven experience in delivering UX-focused frontend solutions.

• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, and responsive design.

• Demonstrated capability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
