Senior Frontend Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Collaborate in a cross-functional setting with a team of highly skilled and dedicated professionals from around the world.

• Consistently deliver functional features, develop automated tests for these features, and actively enhance the quality of your coding practices.

• Frequently contribute to architectural decisions, assisting engineering managers in advocating for technical solutions that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable.

• Pursue ongoing personal and professional growth, both under the mentorship of your supervisor and through the continuous support of lead engineers with whom you work on various projects.

• Contribute to the continuous development of the Web team by promoting best practices and assessing available frameworks and tools to help define the technical direction of Web practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years focused on frontend web development.

• Proficient in JavaScript and ReactJS with over 3 years of experience.

• Experience in writing secure code using TypeScript and/or Flow for at least 2 years.

• Familiarity with Redux for state management, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

• Recent experience in mobile application development using React Native for at least 1 year.

• Comfortable with creating animations, gestures, and implementing deep linking in React Native.

• Ability to compile and package applications for both Android and iOS platforms.

• Basic knowledge of native Android and iOS code.

• Capable of writing automated tests to enhance code robustness and minimize bugs.

• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, including workflows and ceremonies.

• Experience as part of an agile development team, with a preference for open communication, continuous feedback, and streamlined decision-making processes.
