Senior Frontend Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code in accordance with established coding standards and best practices.

• Spearhead the design, development, and delivery of scalable frontend applications utilizing Next.js and Flutter.

• Create and implement cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Design and architect high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

• Build robust mobile solutions using clean architecture, MVVM, BLoC, Provider, and Riverpod methodologies.

• Mentor and support junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including backend developers, QA specialists, and product managers.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions and UI/UX designs.

• Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Promote the adoption of modern frontend standards, tools, and frameworks.

• Manage and prioritize tasks effectively within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Identify and tackle technical challenges, ensuring timely project delivery.

• Maintain and enhance frontend architecture and reusable component libraries.

• Work closely with stakeholders to grasp project requirements and provide solutions that align with business objectives.

• Offer technical support and help resolve application-related issues.

• Keep technical documentation updated for all projects you contribute to.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Over 4 years of relevant experience in software development.

• Strong practical experience with Next.js (React framework).

• Proven experience in developing mobile/web applications using Flutter and Dart.

• Familiarity with state management approaches such as BLoC, Riverpod, Provider, and GetX.

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience in leading or mentoring a frontend development team.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and backend service integration.

• Proficient in using version control systems, specifically Git.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with Firebase services, including Auth, Firestore, Push Notifications, and Analytics.

• Basic knowledge of native modules (Swift/Kotlin/Java) when necessary.

• Comprehensive understanding of app lifecycle, navigation, and animations.

• Experience in deploying applications to the App Store and Play Store.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen willingness to learn and develop.
