Senior Frontend Developer, all genders

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for the architecture and execution of complex web applications — including micro-frontends, SPAs, and design-system components.

• Convert design and conceptual specifications into high-performance, accessible front-end solutions.

• Collaborate with design and product teams to enhance user experience.

• Provide technical advice to clients regarding solutions and their implementation.

• Integrate headless CMS and backend services into SEO-friendly, maintainable solutions.

• Establish and refine tooling standards (monorepo, Turbo/Turborepo, Vite, Storybook).

• Ensure the efficiency of workflows.

• Incorporate AI into development and product features — from AI-assisted workflows to functionalities such as chat integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience with React, preferably including Next.js.

• Highly skilled in TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, modern CSS, and frameworks like Tailwind.

• Practical experience with micro-frontends, SPAs, and component-based development (Storybook).

• Familiarity with monorepo setups, modern build toolchains, Node.js/APIs, Git, and CI/CD.

• Strong understanding of accessibility (WCAG), usability, and performance metrics.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools in the development process (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, LLM-based workflows).

• A collaborative team player with a sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and proficient English.
