Senior Front End Engineer – React, Next.js

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the design and implementation of high-quality user interfaces utilizing React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

• Take ownership of frontend architecture, component design, performance enhancement, accessibility, and release quality throughout the product lifecycle.

• Develop responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces employing React.js and TypeScript.

• Construct and optimize Next.js applications with a keen emphasis on SSR, SSG, routing, and performance.

• Create reusable UI components and frontend patterns using Material UI to guarantee consistency and scalability.

• Establish state and server-data handling methodologies utilizing Redux and React Query, encompassing caching, error management, and data synchronization.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to convert requirements into refined frontend experiences.

• Integrate with backend APIs to ensure dependable communication between frontend and backend.

• Uphold code quality through reviews, testing, debugging, and refactoring.

• Enhance performance, accessibility, and user experience via ongoing frontend optimization.

• Contribute to CI/CD workflows and ensure release reliability from a frontend perspective.

• Mentor engineers and aid in establishing frontend best practices and standards.

• Proficient in React.js

• Skilled in TypeScript

• Experience with Next.js

• Knowledge of Redux

• Familiarity with Material UI

• Understanding of React Query

• Strong grasp of frontend architecture, performance, and accessibility principles

• Experience working in Agile teams and CI/CD environments

• Advanced conversational proficiency in English and Spanish is essential
