Senior Front-End Developer – transición a Tech Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the technical development of frontend solutions within a digital environment, ensuring product quality, scalability, and evolution through the application of best engineering practices.

• Drive continuous improvement of the team and the technology stack.

• Be responsible for defining the architecture and APIs.

• Ensure excellence in the development cycle and actively contribute to the codebase.

• Act as a technical reference and mentor for the team to ensure robust, efficient deliveries that align with product objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience (5+ years) in frontend development using React.

• Experience in mentoring or supporting other developers, as well as participating in architectural decisions or providing support to the Tech Lead.

• Background in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• B2 level English (highly valued).

• Tech stack: React + Redux, HTML5, CSS3, Unit Testing, Clean Code + SOLID Principles, Git, Architectures with Shell structures + microfrontends.
