Senior Front End Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Actively engage in the development of user-centric immersive and responsive web applications while promoting clean coding practices, testing, process enhancements, and ongoing improvements.

• Utilize advanced TypeScript/JavaScript frameworks (such as Angular, Vue, Svelte, React, etc.) along with contemporary styling frameworks (like Tailwind, MUI, CSS Modules, etc.) for modern content, commerce, or custom applications.

• Address all components of web products, including the implementation of design wireframes, animation/motion, business logic, backend API interfaces, analytics & SEO integration, as well as performance and security aspects.

• Execute pixel-perfect UI/UX designs while upholding high standards of quality and meticulous attention to detail.

• Enhance user interfaces for performance, scalability, and accessibility, ensuring a smooth user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

• Define, validate, execute, and test your strategies for developing scalable and high-performance software.

• Collaborate with design and product teams to discover and implement innovative technology solutions that improve customer experiences and boost conversion rates.

• Create and maintain reusable web software components/libraries for internal purposes to improve development efficiency.

• Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven approach, with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.

• Serve as a product advocate with a keen interest in technology trends.

• Complete assigned projects promptly while adhering to project constraints.

• Foster a collaborative working atmosphere and a culture of technical ownership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications using TypeScript (NextJS, React).

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6.

• Experience in creating reusable code and libraries.

• Ensure pixel-perfect execution of UI/UX designs.

• Proven experience in building large frontend applications with an emphasis on scalability, performance, and accessibility (a11y).

• Must have proficiency in Bootstrap, SCSS, and Tailwind CSS.

• Familiarity with component libraries such as Radix UI and ShadCN.

• Experience with API integrations, including REST or GraphQL.

• Ability to build cross-browser compatible applications that function seamlessly across all browsers.

• Experience with at least one headless CMS (such as Contentful, Sanity, or similar) with server-side rendering (SSR).

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in an agile development setting.

• Solid foundation in developing scalable and high-performance systems.

• Capable of mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical decision-making.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
