This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement through root-cause analysis, while developing and tracking action plans that comply with internal and regulatory policies.
• Implement enhancements and monitor performance indicators to validate outcomes.
• Map, document, and maintain technical process documentation for Fraud Prevention to ensure it is current.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and validate processes.
• Actively participate in and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Fraud Prevention team.
• Senior-level experience in process mapping, documentation, and management (at least 3 years), including expertise in flowcharts and process notation (BPMN).
• At least a Green Belt certification (Six Sigma).
• Comprehensive knowledge of the entire fraud prevention lifecycle: onboarding, transactional analysis, chargebacks, MED, AML, and critical channels.
• Proficiency in SQL for the extraction and analysis of operational data.
• Strong analytical reasoning and a data-driven approach to support effective decision-making.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across various teams.
