Senior Fraud Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Providing outstanding fraud detection and prevention services to clients.

• Interacting directly with customers to offer expert advice and ensure successful consulting engagements.

• Performing thorough data analysis to identify optimal rules and offer informed guidance on product utilization.

• Leading meetings with customers to support their fraud detection objectives.

• Creating detailed reports on clients' system usage along with actionable recommendations.

• Working in collaboration with other teams to deliver integrated solutions and services to clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems/Science, Mathematics, Statistics/Data Science, etc.) or equivalent experience in technical consulting.

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in data analysis involving big data and statistical models.

• More than 6 years of proven success in customer-facing roles and activities.

• Advanced analytical consulting capabilities, supported by a robust data analytics background.

• Established expertise in fraud analysis, data analytics, or a similar role, ideally within the financial sector or fraud prevention domain.

• Outstanding ability to analyze intricate data sets and extract valuable insights.

• Excellent skills in communication and presentation, with the capacity to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Proven history of successfully managing customer engagements and fostering strong client relationships.

• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service and enhancing customer success.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team setting while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
