This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Develop and enhance scalable, cross-functional financial models and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with FBP and Corporate FP&A stakeholders on forecasting, monthly and quarterly reporting, annual budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Conduct audits, validate, and enhance data integrity across financial systems.
• Design controls, investigate discrepancies, and work alongside business users and process owners to guarantee high-quality outputs.
• Support and lead EPM upgrades, ERP integrations, and configuration rollouts.
• Engage in requirements gathering, testing, training, and go-live support throughout the system development lifecycle.
• Maintain and update financial systems documentation, training materials, configuration requirements, and process guides.
• Manage financial systems projects, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Direct testing and change-management initiatives for system updates, integrations, and configuration changes.
• Promote collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, and other departments on projects and process-improvement initiatives.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• Expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in working collaboratively and influencing all levels of leadership.
• Proven track record in managing teams within complex, matrixed environments.
• History of building and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Solid foundation in financial forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process efficiency.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage change while considering downstream effects on systems, data flows, and business processes.
