Senior Business Analyst – Customer Journey Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Facilitate discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements gathering activities.

• Convert business objectives into practical analytics and measurement strategies.

• Provide support for the implementation of Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics.

• Establish KPIs, reporting needs, and metrics for success.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective delivery of business requirements.

• Oversee project dependencies across various workstreams.

• Assist in testing, validation, user adoption, and change management efforts.

• Aid clients in maximizing the value of their Adobe Experience Cloud investments.

• Work together on projects involving Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer.

• Engage directly with leading brands to analyze customer behavior, enhance decision-making, and achieve measurable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and/or Adobe Analytics.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Background in Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Coordination, or a related field.

• Proven experience working with enterprise clients and distributed teams.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

• Adobe Analytics Certification (preferred).

• Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Certification (preferred).

• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) (preferred).

• Knowledge of Real-Time CDP (RT-CDP) (preferred).

• Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) (preferred).

• Background in agency or consulting roles (preferred).

• Experience in project management (preferred).

• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and workflow effectiveness (preferred).
