Senior FP&A Manager – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the annual budgeting process by collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments.

• Manage periodic forecasting activities that occur throughout the year.

• Create weekly short-term cash flow forecasts.

• Improve the financial planning process and reporting tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insights.

• Produce high-quality financial commentary in the Management Accounts for all Group entities.

• Prepare monthly Board packs.

• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by various business stakeholders.

• Manage relationships with stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed to gather essential inputs for budgets and forecasts.

• Develop the team, including providing training and mentorship to junior staff.

• Take charge of the FP&A function.

• Collaborate with the corporate services team on cross-functional projects.

• Lead the Data workstreams and communicate key insights effectively.

• Review and proactively manage costs across client accounts.

⛳️ Requirements

• ACCA/MBA/CA qualified with 5 to 8 years of post-qualification experience and a strong academic background.

• Previous experience in an FP&A role.

• Experience in team management.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation abilities.

• Skilled in Excel, financial software, and tools.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and creating presentation decks.

• Strong modeling skills with a keen ability to identify, investigate, and clarify discrepancies.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate financial insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• High attention to detail coupled with strong organizational capabilities.

• Experience in team leadership and personnel development.

• Must be able to overlap with the UK Time Zone for at least 4 hours.

• Must be located in Latam.
