Senior FP&A Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain dynamic financial models driven by key performance indicators to aid in business decision-making, scenario analysis, cash flow forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

• Take charge of the budgeting and forecasting processes related to headcount expenditures, which represent the most significant cost category for the organization.

• Manage and enhance Garner’s job structure and corresponding compensation programs, including cash, equity incentive plans, and bonus/commission frameworks.

• Oversee the bi-annual compensation planning cycles.

• Direct the design and management of healthcare benefits, ancillary benefits, 401(k) plans, and employee perks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a startup Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced expertise in Excel / Claude.

• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.

• Proven track record of improving processes and developing scalable reporting infrastructures.

• Intellectual curiosity coupled with a structured, problem-solving approach to tackling complex challenges.
