Senior FP&A Business Partner, North America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Oversee forecasting and annual budgeting for North America across Ultimo and FSI.

• Develop project-specific reporting and deliver insights into project margins and revenue recognition for services.

• Enhance utilization, capacity, and resource planning for the services organization.

• Transform monthly performance metrics, such as revenue, ARR, gross margin, services margin, and operating costs, into actionable business insights.

• Collaborate with North American leadership, Sales, and Services on pricing strategies, hiring, investments, and other crucial business decisions.

• Leverage AI and automation to enhance the efficiency, quality, and scalability of Finance operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering.

• Preferably experienced within SaaS and/or professional services sectors.

• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

• Proficient in transitioning from detailed project economics to high-level executive discussions.

• Must be located in the United States within the Eastern Time Zone to facilitate real-time collaboration with North American leadership and the European Finance team.

• Advanced skills in Excel, including complex financial modeling, analysis, and data management.

• Strong knowledge of professional services economics, encompassing revenue recognition, utilization, and margin drivers.

• Proactive and self-motivated; comfortable working autonomously, challenging assumptions, and translating analysis into actionable outcomes.

• Interested in AI and automation, with a desire to implement new tools to scale and strengthen FP&A.
