Investment Banking Intern, Fall 2026

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Interns will enhance their skill sets, cultivate professional connections, and acquire hands-on experience in investment banking.

• Collaborating closely with execution and support teams to facilitate mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing projects.

• Daily responsibilities encompass financial analysis and modeling, researching companies and industries, contributing to the creation of client presentations, and engaging with senior bankers and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Junior or Senior at a US or Canadian University with a minimum GPA of 3.5.

• Proven capability in drafting marketing materials, modeling transactions, conducting research, performing insightful competitive analyses, and executing valuation analyses.

• Experience with financial modeling in Excel.

• Competent in PowerPoint at a basic level or higher.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing a significant volume of high-quality work in a limited timeframe.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• A strong academic performance from a reputable undergraduate institution is mandatory.

• An entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.

• Must have work authorization in the US.
