This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +5 more states.
• Offer financial and business counsel to the CFOO and various budget leaders.
• Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee a team to enhance student outcomes through effective financial resource allocation.
• Generate monthly reports on financial performance and conduct variance analysis.
• Direct the annual budgeting process and the monthly forecasting process.
• Work collaboratively with budget owners, development teams, and the regional operations team on cash flow projections.
• Over 10 years of pertinent experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
• More than 3 years of experience in people management and leadership within the finance sector.
• Proven experience in managing a team in a finance department.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling proficiency.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• At least intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive, Hyperion, Cognos) is highly preferred.
• Must demonstrate eligibility to work legally in the U.S. and be at least 18 years of age.
