Senior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis of SaaS-specific KPIs, such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate, to guide business strategy.

• Create comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior leadership in partnership with the VP of FP&A.

• Oversee and enhance financial models to optimize forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning.

• Design and sustain interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI, Power Query, and Google Sheets for real-time insights.

• Generate clear and impactful visualizations to convey trends in financial performance and key business drivers.

• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and offer financial guidance.

• Work alongside operational teams to synchronize financial objectives and provide actionable recommendations.

• Support the implementation of finance transformation initiatives, including workflow automation and system improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 5-10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS context.

• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Advanced skills in Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Microsoft Business Central, Excel, Tableau, SQL, and Google Sheets.

• Strong comprehension of SaaS KPIs such as ARR, MRR, CAC, CLV, and churn rate.

• Demonstrated capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with senior and operational stakeholders while confidently challenging the status quo.

• Experience with Corporate Performance Management (CPM) tools and finance transformation projects is a plus.

• Expertise in financial modeling and scenario planning.
