This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing financial projections.
• Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify root causes and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Create and maintain financial models that accurately reflect key business drivers.
• Perform retention, cohort tracking, and churn analysis to reveal trends and guide strategic decisions.
• Evaluate user expansion and contraction metrics to support growth strategies.
• Generate forward-looking insights regarding essential revenue and business metrics.
• Serve as a reliable business partner to cross-functional teams, collecting inputs, validating assumptions, and ensuring models accurately depict business realities.
• Assist with ad hoc scenario analyses, sales pipeline evaluations, pricing studies, and margin assessments.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on quota planning and financial support for go-to-market strategies.
• Convert complex financial data into clear narratives that are engaging for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, preferably within a SaaS or technology organization.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling, dynamic formulas, and scenario analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Familiarity with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606).
• Experience in sales quota planning and financial processes for go-to-market strategies.
• Effective and confident communicator, with demonstrated experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, work collaboratively across functions, and excel in a fast-paced environment.
