This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term planning across various business units.
• Evaluate monthly actuals against budget and forecast, pinpoint key variances, and provide insightful, decision-ready commentary to senior stakeholders.
• Take ownership of the 13-Week Cash Flow forecast model and reporting schedule, monitoring DSO, DPO, and working capital drivers — delivering insights directly to senior leadership.
• Oversee and manage OneStream, handling data inputs across multiple business units and creating reports utilized in monthly financial reporting and planning activities.
• Create and sustain financial models and dashboards that offer real-time, actionable insights into business performance.
• Ensure precision across all reporting and analytics initiatives, employing a rigorous check-and-balance process for every deliverable before it is presented to leadership.
• Compile regular and ad hoc financial reports and presentations for executive leadership and private equity sponsors, along with quarterly financial reports for lenders.
• Advocate for the integration of AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to enhance financial workflows, automate reporting tasks, and implement best-in-class operational practices within the team.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a similar analytical role; a transition from accounting to FP&A is highly preferred.
• Experience with OneStream is mandatory; proven ability to manage data inputs, create reports, and facilitate cross-functional planning processes within the platform.
• Background in a late-stage, private equity-backed company environment; experience in supporting scaled operations and reporting to institutional investors is a significant advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA, CMA, or MBA credentials are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with Sage or Power BI is advantageous.
• Proven ability to implement or assist in technology-driven process enhancements, including AI-driven workflow automation.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a reliable, repeatable check-and-balance method for financial outputs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to work cross-functionally and present financial insights clearly and confidently.
