📋 Description

• Co-Lead deployment engineering projects: Partner in leading the technical execution and design of Parloa’s deployments within large, intricate enterprise environments alongside our collaborators.

• Partner Enablement: Educate and empower partners regarding the possibilities of Parloa’s platform, covering capabilities, limitations, trade-offs, and optimal AI Agent architectures.

• Design for scale and resilience: Create deployment solutions that fulfill enterprise-grade standards for performance, reliability, and security.

• Engineer solutions where none exist: Develop custom extensions, integrations, and configurations to bridge product gaps and satisfy enterprise partner needs.

• Work across systems & stacks: Function at the convergence of backend engineering, DevOps, and data engineering to ensure smooth delivery.

• Collaboration with enterprise teams: Work closely with customer and partner engineering teams to navigate challenges and achieve measurable results.

• Influence at senior levels: Interact with enterprise architects, partner architects, and senior technical stakeholders, discussing solutions and architectures in detail to ensure alignment and credibility.

• Debug under pressure: Quickly resolve issues in mission-critical environments to guarantee the success of customers and partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, systems integration, DevOps, or data engineering roles with direct impact on customers.

• Demonstrated experience in leading complex technical deployments and integrations within large-scale enterprise environments.

• Strong technical expertise in backend engineering, infrastructure-as-code, Kubernetes/cloud platforms, APIs, and databases, with proven experience in systems design and the capability to engage hands-on in production systems.

• Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous, high-responsibility environments, particularly when deploying to live enterprise systems.

• A builder’s mindset with a proactive approach, creativity under pressure, and a dedication to making solutions work effectively in the real world.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Strong plus: Experience in building or integrating AI/LLM-powered systems (e.g., embedding agent workflows, vector databases, prompt orchestration).
