Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Palantir Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with strategic enterprise clients to design, construct, and implement impactful AI solutions.

• Analyze critical business issues, map data environments, and co-develop AI solutions on-site.

• Oversee the complete solution design and delivery of agentic AI workflows, RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and real-time decision-making applications.

• Propel rapid prototyping and proofs of concept that showcase tangible business benefits within days to weeks.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle: scoping, architecture, development, deployment, and post-launch enhancements.

• Design production-grade Enterprise AI applications utilizing Partner Foundry Solutions or Rackspace Private Cloud and GPU infrastructure.

• Integrate AI applications with ERP, CRM, data warehouses, and data lakes.

• Create scalable data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data using ETL/ELT, vector databases, and knowledge base frameworks.

• Develop and refine LLM/SLM solutions; implement RAG architectures and orchestrate multi-agent workflows.

• Provide full-stack and DevOps solutions utilizing Python, Node.js/Go, React/Vue, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and GPU cluster management.

• Advocate for observability, monitoring, and telemetry to ensure trustworthy, auditable, and versioned AI agents in production.

• Identify growth opportunities with sales and customer success across new business sectors.

• Relay field insights to Platform Engineering and Product regarding feature gaps, emerging requirements, and usability enhancements.

• Develop reusable intellectual property through reference architectures, accelerators, frameworks, and technical best practices.

• Mentor engineers and customer teams through knowledge transfer and internal AI competency development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold Palantir certification.

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or AI/ML delivery.

• A minimum of 4+ years in customer-facing or field roles.

• Demonstrated success in building and deploying AI/ML applications in production at an enterprise level.

• Extensive full-stack expertise: Python (mandatory), Node.js/Go, React/Vue, SQL/NoSQL databases.

• Practical experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, data pipelines, application dashboards, RAG pipelines, and agent orchestration frameworks.

• Strong DevOps capabilities: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, GPU infrastructure, cloud-native deployment patterns.

• Experience in integrating ERP, data warehouses, data lakes, and streaming architectures.

• Ability to convert ambiguous customer requirements into actionable engineering strategies under tight deadlines.

• Exceptional communication skills; comfortable delivering presentations to C-suite executives, conducting technical workshops, and collaborating across functions.

• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, AIP, ontology modeling, Uniphore BAIC, or similar Enterprise AI development platforms.

• Understanding of SLM fine-tuning, model distillation, RLHF, and AI evaluation frameworks.

• Experience in developing agentic AI solutions, including multi-agent systems, tool utilization, and autonomous workflow orchestration.

• Knowledge of GPU infrastructure, including NVIDIA H100/B200 and InfiniBand.

• Familiarity with private cloud platforms, such as OpenStack and VMware.

• Previous experience in technology consulting, AI startups, or Forward Deployed / Solutions Engineering roles.

• Domain expertise in financial services, healthcare, supply chain, defense, energy, or manufacturing.

• Experience with knowledge graphs, semantic modeling, and ontology-driven data management.
