This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative AI solutions to address emerging healthcare challenges.

• Architect sophisticated approaches to retrieval-augmented generation, tool-calling, and large language models (LLM).

• Create and execute advanced retrieval-augmented generation systems, enhancing relevance, minimizing latency, and controlling costs.

• Manage intricate data sources and employ advanced chunking strategies.

• Utilize LLM-as-judge, multi-turn reasoning, and intricate prompt-engineering techniques.

• Enhance agent performance to ensure production reliability.

• Anticipate client issues and suggest proactive AI-driven resolutions.

• Spot opportunities for optimization.

• Design infrastructure for robust AI systems.

• Implement thorough monitoring, logging, and incident response measures.

• Ensure systems comply with production standards.

• Lead technical execution for advanced, innovative deployments and oversee integration architecture.

• Tackle complex AI challenges with creativity.

• Guide junior FDEs in AI development and production methodologies.

• Contribute to the establishment of technical standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with Deployment Strategists, CSEs, and complex customer IT teams to address challenging issues and optimize architecture.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proficient in Python at an expert level.

• Extensive knowledge in production software systems.

• Advanced practical experience with LLM frameworks, such as LangChain and LangSmith.

• Comprehensive understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, and advanced LLM methodologies.

• Experience in resolving novel AI challenges.

• Capability to design and implement complex AI systems.

• Experience in creating systems that ensure reliability and scalability.

• Familiarity with advanced integrations and enterprise-level systems.

• Strong grasp of systems reliability, error management, and operational practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from a top-tier university.

• Willingness to travel 25% of the time to client locations.

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
