Senior Forward Deployed AI Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Collaborate within a business domain to improve efficiency and productivity through the use of AI tools.

• Analyze workflows to pinpoint transformative opportunities using AI, ML, or automation.

• Develop business cases and quantify anticipated impacts.

• Design future workflows incorporating both agents and human roles.

• Create and integrate AI systems with existing business tools.

• Operate agents and automation pipelines in production while monitoring performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical technical knowledge of CLIs, APIs, webhooks, SQL, and Python scripting.

• Familiarity with LLM and agent behavior, including prompting, context, tool utilization, RAG, MCP, evaluations, and failure modes.

• Proficiency with cloud platforms.

• Trustworthy with elevated access, with an understanding of least-privilege principles and auditability.

• Strong judgment in technical and process-related matters.

• Excellent communication skills in both technical and business environments.
