Senior Forescout Engineer, DoD Comply-to-Connect, Active TS Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Design, integrate, deploy, and provide support for ForeScout-based Comply-to-Connect (C2C) NAC solutions across various DoD networks.

• Establish and refine network analysis and monitoring tools, including platform health reporting and alert notifications.

• Enhance infrastructure stability, availability, reliability, and performance.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate networking issues that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Conduct DISA STIG remediation, document findings, and offer mitigation strategies.

• Configure ForeScout policies, plugins, and integrations for device discovery, classification, and compliance enforcement.

• Create process, workflow, and architecture diagrams for C2C deployments.

• Present status reports and technical briefings to leadership and government officials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance.

• US citizenship.

• Over 6 years of engineering experience in DoD environments (contractor, civilian, or military).

• DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (or the ability to obtain it within the hiring timeline).

• Forescout Certified Expert (FSCE) certification, Forescout Certified Deployment Specialist (FSCDS) credential, or equivalent practical experience.

• Practical experience in implementing NAC solutions, with extensive TCP/IP networking knowledge.

• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis capabilities for complex network problems.

• Advanced administrator-level knowledge of Linux, Windows, macOS, and UNIX.

• Familiarity with a scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Perl, Java, or C) for automation and integration purposes.

• Proficient in MS Office and Visio for the creation of technical documentation and presentations.
