This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement data pipelines from Oracle to Pigment that are efficient, automated, and reconciled on a daily basis.
• Ensure data integrity across Oracle, Pigment, and Salesforce; identify discrepancies prior to the US team's morning review.
• Streamline manual report generation (SSRS AR reports, collections reports, close checklists) through automation.
• Collaborate in the development of all six Claude agents: Close, Rolling Forecast, Variance+Commentary, Strategy+Scenario, Investor Reporting, and Collections Intelligence.
• Take responsibility for the data feeds utilized by each agent; incorrect data leads to inaccurate outputs.
• Once agents are operational, oversee their functionality, monitor performance, validate results, and enhance prompt quality and accuracy continuously.
• Manage the entire process of actuals ingestion, model updates, reforecasting, sensitivity analysis, and the assumptions memo.
• Produce the EBITDA Bridge monthly, incorporating a waterfall, variance commentary, and distribution to the CFO.
• Provide monthly updates on the full-year forecast, refresh assumptions, highlight any drift, and distribute this information to the ELT.
• Conduct scenario modeling for acquisitions, pricing changes, headcount adjustments, and DSO improvements, analyzing P&L impact and sensitivity ranges.
• Perform ROI modeling for significant decisions (such as the India build, Pigment, BI tools, and other infrastructure replacements).
• Execute quarterly comparisons of KLD against PE-backed peers with revenues over $300M regarding close cycles, DSO, EBITDA margins, and headcount ratios.
• Create concise one-page financial impact summaries for key decisions, designed for direct presentation to the CFO and ELT.
• Establish scorecards by group (Collections, Analysts, FP&A, Sales Ops) that include baseline, target, and measurement metrics.
• Detect and highlight data patterns previously unnoticed by the US team without prompting.
• Conduct financial analyses, prepare scenario tables, and summarize recommendations for executive meetings.
• Four to six years of experience in building integrated three-statement models in FP&A, consulting, banking, or private equity; ability to create models from scratch is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, particularly in dynamic models featuring scenario toggles, sensitivity tables, named ranges, and zero hardcoded assumptions.
• Experience producing PE-grade deliverables (EBITDA bridges, rolling forecasts, investor packages, scenario memos) in live settings.
• Familiarity with Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan, or similar platforms is mandatory; you will manage the platform from the outset.
• Proficient in Python (pandas, requests, API calls) to build and maintain data pipelines independently of IT support.
• Knowledge of SQL for querying Oracle at the GL level, validating data, and constructing reconciliation logic.
• Experience with REST API for reading and writing via API (Pigment API and Claude API).
• Familiarity with LLM APIs, including the ability to co-develop AI agents, compose system prompts, and validate outputs.
• Capability to distill complex financial analyses into a clear one-page executive narrative.
• Experience collaborating directly with CFOs or PE sponsor-level leadership on financial analyses.
• Comfort in ambiguous situations: ability to construct models when inputs are unclear and questions are still evolving; experience in PE-backed companies or familiarity with PE exit processes is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional written English skills; strategy memos are reviewed by the CFO, ELT, and PE sponsors without the need for editing.
• Self-motivated: identifies necessary projects and executes them without needing a task list; mentors the Financial Model Analyst and FP&A Data Engineer on modeling standards and output quality.
• An MBA from a top-tier institution is preferred but not essential if relevant experience is demonstrated.
• Paid time off, offering various options to support employees in achieving a work-life balance, including Casual, Earned, Sick, Special Leave, and Holidays.
• Opportunities for ongoing learning and development, with a focus on continuous professional growth through various training and education reimbursement programs.
• A diverse and inclusive workplace where we collectively learn, grow, and reach our highest potential.
• A team of mission-driven individuals who genuinely enjoy their work.
• A free, engaging, and incentivized global wellness program that promotes employee wellbeing.
• Compensation in India is aligned with the local competitive market.
