Senior Financial Modeling Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain a network of premier financial modeling talent in India.

• Source candidates from companies such as Acuity, TresVista, Evalueserve, Aranca, Copal Amba, SG Analytics, CRISIL, EXL, JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Bank of America, BlackRock, and similar organizations, including BPO/Outsourcing firms.

• Evaluate candidates for their technical suitability and skills prior to presenting them.

• Comprehend the distinctions among investment banking, equity research, valuation, credit, project finance, real estate, structured finance, private equity, hedge funds, and FP&A.

• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess communication skills, experience, and compensation expectations.

• Negotiate compensation packages with candidates.

• Foster long-term relationships with high-caliber finance professionals.

• Keep accurate notes on candidates and update pipeline status in Ashby.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in recruiting finance professionals in India.

• Prior experience in recruiting for investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, valuation, equity research, structured finance, or project finance.

• Strong grasp of financial modeling roles.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Experience in negotiating compensation with Indian finance professionals.

• Ability to work independently and confidently.
