Senior Financial Modeling Interviewer, Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assess financial modeling exercises submitted by applicants.

• Carry out final technical interviews with finance candidates.

• Analyze candidates’ modeling logic, Excel organization, assumptions, and analytical skills.

• Review answer keys to determine the accuracy, completeness, or errors in models.

• Clearly communicate candidates' strengths and weaknesses to the client team.

• Assist in evaluating candidates in various finance domains such as DCF, FP&A, LBO, credit, debt, quantitative analysis, portfolio evaluation, and bond/fixed income modeling.

• Provide support for hiring processes, candidate assessments, and process enhancements as required.

• Robust background in financial modeling.

• Experience in reviewing, constructing, or assessing Excel-based financial models.

• Proficient in both spoken and written English.

• Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanor during candidate interactions.

• At ease conducting live interviews with candidates.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to articulate technical feedback effectively.

• Interest in finance-related recruitment processes, interviewing, and candidate evaluations.

• Familiarity with US GAAP is advantageous.
