
Senior Financial Inside Sales Consultant – Texas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Leverage your sales expertise to guide prospects through the loan application process, successfully closing sales within 1–2 calls.
• Oversee up to 20 active transactions at different stages, ensuring that no lead is overlooked.
• Recognize customer challenges (such as medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and clearly explain how our top-tier loan product addresses these issues.
• Regularly surpass daily and weekly goals to optimize your commission earnings.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent experience in inside sales (preferably in an outbound call center environment).
• A demonstrated history of success in roles that are commission-driven.
• Proficiency in navigating Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) while engaging in dynamic conversations.
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
