This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Convert "Warm Leads" into significant earnings.
• Leverage your sales expertise to guide prospects through the loan application process and finalize sales within 1–2 calls.
• Oversee up to 20 active transactions at different stages, ensuring no lead is overlooked.
• Recognize customer challenges (such as medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and demonstrate how our top-tier loan product offers effective solutions.
• Consistently surpass daily and weekly objectives to optimize your commission.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent inside sales experience (preferably in an outbound call center environment).
• A demonstrated history of success in commission-based roles.
• Proficient in navigating Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while maintaining an energetic conversation.
• Availability to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
