This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Finalize the Sale: Leverage your sales expertise to influence prospects throughout the loan application process and close deals within 1–2 calls.
• Manage Your Pipeline: Oversee up to 20 active transactions at different stages, ensuring that no lead is overlooked.
• Direct Selling: Recognize customer challenges (such as medical debt and home repairs) and clearly explain how our top-tier loan product offers the right solution.
• Exceed Metrics: Regularly surpass daily and weekly goals to maximize your earnings through commissions.
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recent inside sales experience, with a preference for outbound call center experience.
• Proven Closing Skills: A successful history in commission-based roles; you thrive on achieving wins and earning a competitive paycheck.
• Speed and Precision: Proficient in navigating Salesforce (or similar CRMs) while engaging in high-energy conversations.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work an 8-hour shift that includes one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
