
Senior Financial Inside Sales Consultant – $85K-$130K+ OTE

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Leverage your sales expertise to guide and convert prospects through the loan application process, successfully closing the sale in 1–2 calls.
• Oversee up to 20 active transactions at different stages, ensuring that no lead is overlooked.
• Recognize customer challenges (such as medical debt, home repairs, etc.) and clearly communicate how our premier loan product offers effective solutions.
• Regularly surpass daily and weekly targets to maximize your commission earnings.
• A minimum of 3 years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment.
• A demonstrated history of success in commission-based roles.
• Proficient in navigating Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) while maintaining an energetic conversation.
• Capacity to work an 8-hour shift, including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
