Senior Financial Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for change requests within the business unit.

• Clearly document business requirements, process maps, decision points, and operational procedures in accessible language.

• Identify and suggest process enhancements to boost efficiency, precision, and controls; support implementation and assess outcomes.

• Organize regular business reviews (e.g., bi-weekly) to synchronize priorities, timelines, risks, and preparedness.

• Manage client and internal meetings: develop agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure action items are tracked to completion.

• Generate and present regular and ad hoc reports; verify data outputs with business stakeholders and clarify key drivers and variances.

• Assist in change adoption by creating training materials, revising manuals, communicating updates, and collecting feedback post-implementation.

• Foster collaboration and accountability among teams; escalate concerns and propose solutions when trade-offs are necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Operations, Finance, or Process Improvement roles.

• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings, facilitate consensus, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including interpreting data, identifying trends, and explaining underlying factors.

• Experience in documenting business requirements, procedures, and process flows.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a capacity to quickly learn new business tools.

• Strong organizational capabilities: adept at managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
