Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Leverage Data for Impact: Analyze data to uncover opportunities and engage relevant stakeholders to enhance cost structures and unit economics. Assist with new product launches and process redesign projects.

• Product Cost Strategy & Reporting: Take charge of financial planning, forecasting, and reporting related to product costs. Foster cost transparency, variance analysis, and margin insights in collaboration with Operations and Supply Chain.

• Financial Modeling: Create dynamic models to assess the comprehensive financial effects of cost adjustments, supplier choices, and process enhancements. Convert analysis into actionable insights to inform decision-making.

• R&D Finance Assistance: Aid in financial planning and expense oversight for R&D, monitoring expenditures and aligning with FP&A on forecast submissions.

• Process Enhancement: Identify and spearhead cross-functional projects that optimize financial and operational processes as the business expands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.

• More than 4 years of experience in Finance or a related analytical field.

• Over 4 years of experience in handling large data sets using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Previous experience with SQL, Python, or Looker is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to function effectively in ambiguous situations where issues are not clearly outlined.

• Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, resilience, and a drive to succeed.

• Excellent attention to efficiency and detail.

• Proven track record of achieving results through collaboration with stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a high degree of intellectual curiosity.
